Dr. Francis Abueg, owner of TraumaResource of Cupertino, California, is a clinical and forensic psychologist who has specialized in the treatment and assessment of PTSD and co-occurring disorders for over 30 years. He was the principal author of the VA Palo Alto/Menlo Park contribution to the National Center for PTSD in 1988. He is the co-editor of the first edition of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies for Trauma (Guilford Press in 1999) and co-originator of the Trauma-Related Guilt Inventory (TRGI). He has testified or has been deposed as an expert witness in hundreds of criminal and civil cases involving psychological trauma.
