Every day, we get contacted by people seeking immediate assistance, advice or help for a problem they're facing in their life. Because we don't have the capacity or time to answer everyone who writes to us for such advice, we've created services like Ask the Therapist and Psych Central Answers, where people can ask a question and get advice from others. But sometimes you have to wait a long time for the free advice to come, and you just don't have that kind of time.

So we've partnered with a company to bring you qualified professionals available 24 hours a day/7 days a week to help answer your questions for a small fee. Yes, it's not free, but sometimes your time (and getting a thoughtful, private answer) is more important to you than the cost.
