This ADHD test or ADHD screening quiz is used to help determine if you might benefit from seeking out professional help for attention deficit disorder as an adult. It is based upon the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale Symptom Checklist, but adapted for online use. We also have a slightly longer ADD quiz, if you prefer. This ADHD quiz takes less than a minute to complete and you'll be provided with an instant score.
