About Ariel Selwyn
I decided to write Though the Mountains Be Shaken for those who are striving to be the person they envisioned in the face of life’s challenges. From never feeling good enough, to a 10-year health crisis, to a 22-year eating disorder, I not only help others see that there is hope but also that there is reason to press on. In writing this book, I try to live up to the quote, “I want to inspire others. I want them to look at me and say, 'because of you, I didn’t give up.'“ My hope is that my openness, realness and honesty will help others to persevere, overcome and never give up.
