Euphoria

Intensely elevated mood, beyond realistic levels of happiness. Can be caused by drugs, orgasm, religious fervor, or various forms of psychopathology.

Example: A moderately-talented executive joyfully explains his plan to take control of his company and lead it to industry dominance.
