There are many life lessons to learn from nature. The Beauty (and intelligent design) of the natural world is awe-inspiring. Spending some time outdoors safely can recharge our spirits or drained batteries from an isolated indoor lockdown. Time is well spent in a natural setting. Helps our mental health to get some exercise outdoors. Be cautious, respect nature, weather, ecosystems, life, lives, and personal limits. Stay well-hydrated, dress appropriately including mask if necessary. Don’t over-do it. Don’t under-do it.

For example, going for a simple walk or long hike is an opportunity for complex observation and deep meditation. What am I learning from Nature? Endurance? Perseverance? How is this beautiful planet helping me? How am I helping this beautiful planet?
