About Aksel Inge Sinding
Aksel Inge Sinding is a clinical psychologist with his own private practice in Oslo, Norway. He exercises cognitive behavioral therapy, metacognitive therapy, and emotion-focused therapy for adolescents and adults with anxiety and depression. Beside his clinical work, he has a passion for improving public mental health through knowledge dissemination and technology. He writes and does podcasts for Norway's largest newspaper, Aftenposten, and is the founder and Vice President in the Norwegian Psychologist Association for Digital Health.
