For as long as we can remember, happiness has been a hot topic. Who doesn’t want to be happy? The Dalai Lama once said, “There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way.” But what does happiness even mean? It’s such an elusive term and there are a variety of ways to define it and how do we make it a practical reality in daily life?

As a psychologist and researcher on the topic, I sought out many of the leaders who are involved in advancing the science and practice of what it means to live a happy life. I interviewed them and put it together into The Uncovering Happiness Symposium, which turned out to be the wisdom of happiness all in one place.
