21. Erma Bombeck once said, “Worry is like a rocking chair: it gives you something to do but never gets you anywhere.” Make a list of everything you’re worried about. Then either create a solution for it, or rewrite it onto a separate scrap of paper, rip it up and let it go.

When reflecting on these prompts, consider using a separate notebook. In fact, you can devote a different notebook to each new year. This way you can go back, and look at your responses, spot patterns, spot distinctions, and pick up new insights into yourself. Because your words are vital. Because your relationship with yourself is the foundation for all others.
