Marlon Rollins

Marlon Rollins is the Chief Operating Officer of Laguna Treatment Hospital. He is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, including operational management across clinical and non-clinical departments. An advocate for those struggling with mental health issues, Rollins has dedicated his efforts to organizations and initiatives aimed at improving the health and well-being of diverse communities. Prior to joining American Addiction Centers (AAC), Rollins served as interim CEO at a 148-bed hospital in the Bay Area and COO at a 171-bed facility in Sacramento, California. Rollins is passionate about reducing the stigma of mental illness and addiction and shares his knowledge and personal experience — including the loss of his sister to suicide who was a registered nurse — on various media platforms. In addition, he is a member of the Steering Committee for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-TALK) and the California Hospital Association. His expertise also earned him the Human Achievement award from the Center of Leadership Development, Inc.
