From India: Lamotrigine rashes always itchy? In other words, I want to know that if there is a possibility that I developed a Lamotrigine rash (say, at a body location which is out of my eye sight) and I would not know of it. Because if rashes are itchy, I would obviously know.

A.

I’m sorry. I can’t answer this kind of question. The therapists at PsychCentral are not medical doctors. We are psychologists and social workers.

Since you are concerned, I suggest that you talk with your prescriber or pharmacist. They know about the medicine and they also know how your body type might metabolize it.

I wish you well.
