I Didn’t Know that I Had Bipolar

A.

Please take a deep breath and slow down. It is impossible to get an accurate diagnosis by only reading something on the internet. What looks like bipolar is not always bipolar. Shifts in mood and behavior can be caused by many things — especially at your age.

Please stop panicking. Make an appointment with a qualified clinician who can do a thorough assessment. You will then be given suggestions about what to do.

I wish you well.
