I mostly struggle with eating. I don’t eat enough on a daily basis. I think I’m disgusting when I eat food and I’m self conscious to eat in front of others.

It is time to talk to your pediatrician about your concerns with eating. He or she is the best one to help you decide what the next step is. Talk to your parents about making an appointment.
