It does not give you weight gain. It works like Zyprexa and I sleep better and am more even all day. It is inexpensive, but it needs to be mixed into juice or hotchocolate and you might not like the way it tastes,(but it is naturally sweet like coco anyway) I gained alot of weight on my Depakote and was not happy with the moodswings that right away came back, so I started taking Morinda Cirtafola for the last six months and I need to take it each day to feel my best and I don't have moods swings usually and I do without it or without Depakote or Zyprexa in my bloodstream
