Pros:
Can be done alone or w/ others, results are quick, easy and effective, you will let go of your victim stereotype. My favorite... a 13 step CD (w/ music) can be purchased for daily use in solving issues / wounded emotions.
Cons:
None IMO, but the book does contains INFO on REINCARNATION - but you can take it or leave, for as the author states "this is his belief" - I personally left it where it was.... in the book.
What can I say but AWESOME!!!! - there are two books that finally brought me into my own place of being with in my Healing Process and this book is one of the two.... Pros:
It's a novel idea for problems which can poison a persons life
Cons:
Has a religious veiwpoint
It was an interesting read, and I know consider the positives to others "negative" behaviors, but it's not the solution for me. Perhaps I'm just too moderate.
