Pros:
Readable, understandable, doable
Cons:
Limited on some topics (i.e. 2 pages on relationships)
My copy was published in c2000. Much more has been learned about PTSD since that time, but mainly information that adds to what is written in this great book! This is a must for anyone trying to manage the beast of PTSD. It is also a good sourcebook for clinicians, in my opinion, and certainly for family, and friends of the sufferer. While not a workbook,per se, there are many pages of lists and blank sample forms for organizing the path to recovery.
