Pros: Practical guide interspersed with common situations
Cons: Small print and close layout of book requires additional focus

Excellent text, begining with basic theory behind pessimism and depression and ending with "flexible optimism." Using the basics of ABC (adversity, beliefs, consequence) Dr Seligman gives exercises throughout the book to reorganize your thinking.
