This site is dedicated to survivors of abuse & sexual assault. Why I came to do this site... I have always wanted to create a site like this, wanting to help with other peoples recovery from abuse, and sexual assault. Being a survivor myself I wanted to dedicate this site to all the survivors out there. You will find links to my own personal support forums that I started for survivors of abuse as well as one directed at mental illness. On Healing Minds you will find information on abuse, PTSD, coping methods and healing; on this site I have posted numerous websites that I have found helpful with my recovery.
