A non-profit, voluntary health agency serving rare-disease patients and their families. NORD provides information and advocacy for many rare diseases. This website's Index of Rare Diseases and Index of Organizations are both very comprehensive. NORDS Medication Assistance Program assists uninsured or under-insured individuals in securing life-saving or life-sustaining medications.
