Why don't current psychotherapy licensing regulations work?


An article examining the current problems and historical perspective of pscyhotherapy licensing regulations in the United States and why they are ineffective and largely useless in either protecting the public, or ensuring any type of minimal compentency in psychotherapy. The article also offers suggestions for change.
