The list serves as a social support group, a process group, and a forum for venting frustrations & sharing what works to help you feel more yourself again. Suggested topics are: taking care of ourselves in the face of other people's insensitivity; resolving feelings about family-oriented holidays & events; facing & healing the stresses infertility has caused in couple relationships; how we want to identify ourselves (without children, childfree, childless, etc.); regaining a sense of balance after the turmoil of infertility treatment; or anything you believe would be helpful.
