The words of Mr. Dan Lukasik say it all: "I am a 46 year old attorney and managing partner at a law firm in Buffalo. I also suffer from clinical depression. I created the first website of its kind in the nation; a website for lawyers with depression. It launched in June and has received national attention. Of the 1 million attorneys in this country, studies estimate that 250,000 suffer from some form of depression. I created this unique and non-profit site for those people. I also started a support group for lawyers with depression. I am attempting to publicize this work so that lawyers, judges, law students and their loved ones know that there is web help specifically for them." This site is also beneficial to those who experience depression, regardless of being a lawyer or not.
