Hello, My name is Trey Forbes. I have twenty-six years personal experience with schizophrenia. My major symptoms began at age sixteen. I’ve experienced various kinds of treatment and medication. From 1994 to 2004, I worked as director of a drop-in center. In 2002, I received a United Way award for courage in overcoming a difficult illness. I have engaged in musical presentations depicting experience with mental illness and hope for the goodness of life. I live in Chattanooga, TN.
