St. Paul, Minn. (October 19, 2006) -- Deadlines for early registration, hotel reservations, and poster abstract submission are quickly approaching for the 2006 National Soybean Rust Symposium. The 2006 symposium will be held November 29 – December 1, 2006 at the Adam's Mark Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri.
The symposium is being organized by The American Phytopathological Society (APS) in co-operation with related organizations. The symposium will to bring together relevant sectors of the soybean community to review the soybean rust situation in 2006, discuss what has been learned through research and experience over the past few years, and provide a forum for networking and visioning. The early registration deadline is October 20, 2006. Attendees who register by the early registration deadline will save $70 on registration fees.
