GeoTec 2006: Lemieux to speak at opening ceremonies

OTTAWA -- On Monday, June 19, 2006, Pierre Lemieux, M.P. for Glengarry-Prescott-Russell, will speak at the opening ceremonies of GeoTec 2006 and help unveil a stamp commemorating the 100th anniversary of The Atlas of Canada. He will appear on behalf of the Honourable Gary Lunn, Minister of Natural Resources.

This year's conference provides a venue for geospatial-technology professionals to share knowledge and experience, and learn about cutting-edge solutions.
