National Academies advisory: May 3 launch of Iraqi Virtual Science Library
At a ceremony at the National Academies, U.S. government officials and representatives from the scientific community will launch the Iraqi Virtual Science Library (IVSL), a project that gives Iraqi scientists, engineers, and university students access to cutting-edge scientific and technical information to foster improvements in that nation's higher education system and research base.
