ST. JOHN'S -- On April 29, the Honourable R. John Efford, Minister of Natural Resources Canada, and Newfoundland and Labrador Environment and Conservation Minister Tom Osborne, will sign an agreement on addressing climate change on behalf of their governments.

Minister Efford will be available to media following the signing.
