“Big Five” Personality Traits

Five broad clusters of traits used to model and evaluate people’s personalities: Openness (sometimes referred to as “Intellect”), Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism (OCEAN).

Example: All potential employees are given both an OCEAN and a Meyers-Briggs evaluation by the company to determine the sort of work environment which would suit them best.
