Bias

A tendency towards a particular interpretation or belief which affects one’s ability to make decisions free of prejudice or outside influence.

Example: She is so skeptical of religious people that, upon learning that her otherwise perfect blind date was a regular churchgoer, she wouldn’t go out with him again.
