It can be helpful to talk to someone about your stress either at work or to seek professional help such as coaching or counselling. Too often people suffering with stress try to cope alone and end up going to their GP with a variety of symptoms.
Great points made! As someone who suffered from clinical depression for decades (and beat it) I would also suggest adding a meditaion practice. This doesn’t have to be sitting in a lotus position for hours (unless you want to). There are plenty of simple and short ways to incorporate awareness into your life.
