Will all this ever go away leaving me not having to look over my shoulder on a regular basis for depression to slam into me?
Isn’t the medicatio n (effexor) I am taking supposed to keep all this in check?

Thank you for being out there with help and advice..thank you for the heads up. *sigh*
……….. today is my Birthday…………
Awesome. The most depressing day of the year.
happy birthday! Make it a different day than described in the article-no rule says it has to be depressing.
Did i miss something, no mention of exercise? Major gaffe. Out of all those suggestions it is arguably the most important. If you are not goinmg to a gym or classes for exercises or combine w/same: Jump rope, get on small trampoline,Walk/bike go up hills/stairs/run whatever your body can do, do it. Proven anti-depressant. You may still need combined some prescribed measures, you may not be an athlete but we cannot ignore this well-documented prevention/treatment.
