The Happiness Project.jpgI often quote fellow blogger Gretchen Rubin on Beyond Blue because most of her directives for a happier life apply to sanity, as well. I recognize many of my steps to recovery from depression

  1. Thanks for telling us about this book! It looks interesting.

  2. hallo friends,

some years ago I started my own “happiness project” and I want to tell you: it works. You mainly have to change your m i n d, not your way of life. Whith other words: Therese Borchardt and Gretchen Rubin are right!

  3. There is a saying in the rooms of Alcoholics Anonymous that goes, “Act ‘as if.’” The great American psychiatrist Dr. Milton H. Erickson was enormously successful with his clients. The key to his success, he frequently said, was in his ability to help clients make tiny little changes in their lives, but once the process of change was begun, larger changes could then be made. I’m looking forward to reading (and starting my own) Happiness Project.
