  1. I watched part 2 last night (January 5) and thought it was terrific! Actually taped it while I was watching it and I’m so glad I did because I know I will be able to go back in the future and get more out of the show. Looking forward to part 3 tonight!

  2. I have watched the first two parts, and while I think it’s very interesting, I find it not very helpful, except the segment on depression, which was amazingly comprehensive.

In Part I, we were told that relationships, social interaction, were the ultimate key to happiness, yet nothing they did convinced me. They highlighted several case studies, and unless you could relate to them, they were not relevant to the general hypothesis of the story.

In part II, they discussed fear, but focused on phobia. I would like to have seen more work on the general subject of fear – the general, everyday fears of coping day-to-day.

But, as I said, I think the series is very interesting and I will be watching tonight.
