  1. Personality is such a hard thing to pin down, it’s an elusive sprite. I like the idea that we have some broad dimensions within which we all fit, but I get very uneasy when personality typing is used in employment practices because there’s so much scope for error.
    Also there’s a judgement that makes certain personality types ‘preferable’ over others, purely based on the ideals we currently hold up in society.

  4. Personality is the quality of a man; once you lose it, you have lost your quality. The best gift a man will give to him self is the gift of having a good personality.
