  1. Simply having a warm, caring, non-judgmental human being to listen and offer asked-for advice would be a wonderfully therapeutic help to most of us who have depression. Finding someone like that would be priceless, especially to those of us who cannot afford to “pay someone (therapist) to care.” But how/where to find someone like that? Beats the heck out of me…

  2. Another great website is http://www.depressioncenter.net . I’ve been working on their program for (well) quite a while, and it’s definitely helped me with CBT.

  3. And I’m working on depression online therapy at http://www.online-therapy.com/. I get help online from a therapist (chat and worksheets) and I think it is quite good.

  4. i just want someone to talk to. I think I might b depressed. i am have a problem coming up with answers y i should stay alive. there r more reasons just to end my life and then my family would be happy and not have to deal with me

  5. i have a full life looking after my house and children . i live with my inlaws. but nowadays i feel depressed thinking about my future when my kids grow up and move away

  6. My mother, 63, is suffering from acute depression. She is not able to lay stably for a moment on the bed. She has a guilty conscious and keep cursing herself. Treatment is going on but I am not seeing any change in her. What should I do to cure her?

  7. Hii i m rarely feel to kill myself bcoz of my past break up in relationship and my failure of keeping friendship make me more depressed. When i depressed i even hurt myself and my friends.
