  1. A really good article, but you just touched the tip of a big iceberg. Please keep writing about this — and start examining the foods we eat, depleting us of energy (high carb diets, etc.). Thanks so much for this.

  2. I LOVED this article so much. Thank you thank you thank you. I will be trying all ten tips. I’m constantly tired. I was dx’d years ago with chronic fatigue syndrome but I’m not convinced I have that. I think most of my fatigue comes from the ups and downs of bipolar disorder. You know? I wake up tired. And I want to fix that. Well, I don’t have a lot of time to BE tired, because I have a very energetic schnorkie named Lucy who needs to go potty very soon after we both wake up. So she keeps me on my toes, and — really — she doesn’t let me get too depressed, either, because she kisses me all over my face.
