I love James’ approach. His point that medicine alone is often only a partial solution is important. We are complex beings, and learning to cope with something in multiple ways and on multiple levels will pay off in increased quality of life. It can be hard to take the time to track information and discover the hidden patterns, but every client of mine who does, has felt it worth the effort.
