Reading this article made me realize that there are many ways to sooth oneself. The interesting part is to acknowledge that ‘I am having a crappy day’. I do have my bad days, due to not achieving what I whish and plan for. My long term goal is to become a Play Therapist in my country. I am looking out sources for trainings for my kickstart journey. I have my down moments as not finding my path yet, but everyday I am reaching out and searching to reach my ultimate career goal.
