Exercise, or just being active, can be really beneficial when dealing with “stuff”. Helps clear the mind and gets you into a new way of feeling, physically, which certainly helps the mental.
I’m not really into the God thing, however I do recognize the importance of having Faith in things working out, if we let go and let them happen. Might make sense to the non Christians/monotheastics out there
