Did you know day-to-day moments add up to lifelong living?

Working, driving, paying the bills, going to the supermarket all seem like mundane tasks, but clump these seemingly insignificant moments together and you could easily sum up an entire life. In the 2011 movie The Iron Lady, Margaret Thatcher says:

“Watch your thoughts for they become words. Watch your words for they become actions. Watch your actions for they become… habits. Watch your habits, for they become your character. And watch your character, for it becomes your destiny! What we think we become.”

Over time, how you treat/heal others (including yourself), how you think about the clothes you wear and the things you create, make up not just single, separate individual memories, but create your habits, your character and your life.

Most of the time we live on autopilot, never realizing that what we say and how we think has such a detrimental impact on the way we live. These posts will remind you to stop and think before you speak, to be more cognizant about what you do and in turn, may change the way you live your life.

Whether you’re trying to break your procrastination habit, worried about the impact bullying may have on your kids or want to break free from pain or stress, read below to find out what you can do in your daily life now to see long-term changes later.
