It may help you take setbacks calmly. To learn from them and not to make irreflexive decisions.
I have recently been through probably the toughest several years of my entire 55 years on this earth. Before that, I was flying high. I think the info shared here is accurate and helpful. One of the most important aspects is realizing the you are not “crazy”…just human. And, that most everyone has felt the way you do at sometime in there lives. I also learned the expression “post-traumatic growth” in a psych class. I think that’s the basic premise of the article and has become my mantra. Big dreams, small steps, don’t panic….easy to say, hard to do but, that’s sums it up I think. Thx…v
