This article was definitely food for thought. I have never thought about time in this way, and can now see that I don’t have to always feel rushed, but can begin to be aware of ‘how’ I am spending my time, and what enjoyment I am receiving from it. When I am engaged in right-brain activities, like artwork or writing, I notice that time has past and I feel very fulfilled. This also applies to cooking. Then when I am doing any left-brain activities, like balancing my check book, time seems to slow down. Thanks for this useful article.
