  1. Byrne’s book offers good advice on the power of thoughts and beliefs, but does not place enough focus on TAKING ACTION. Heidi Halvorson’s book SUCCEED completes the picture by explaining, in lay terms, that focusing on the steps one needs to take, and the obstacles to overcome, leads to success.

  2. Yes this is true what Fredrickson speaks of. Our negativity bias usually leaves us in the downward spin of entropy toward chaos and despair. However through the conscious actions of gratitude and finding what does serve us and those around us we reframe our mindset to be one that is more encompassing and organized. This ‘extropic’ spiral is opposite to that of entropy and ever leads us to greater creations in our life emotionally mentally and physically.
