The hardest permission we can ever give ourselves is the permission to say ‘no’ to others.
I highly recommend reading “Boundaries Where You End and I Begin” and “Where to Draw the Line: How to Set Healthy Boundaries Every Day” by Anne Katherine. These books are on my “top 10″ because the resulting effects have been positively life altering.
