  1. Thanks John and Christine. Depression is one of the biggest emotional phenomena of this time. I work with people who deal with depression a lot and use EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques. It is a method that uses tapping on release points of the body. Together with the already existing methods of dealing with depression, it forms the next generation of depression tools.
