  1. Hi Laura and Charles and welcome to psych central, I think we will all look forward to reading your posts. I have read quite a few of your “Dummies” series and often recommend them to others.

  2. For anyone interested, ‘Being in Him’ has a Christian relaxation cd that is being used world wide by professional psychologist and counselors to help people with anxiety and panic attacks

  3. Both writers have an amazing pedigree and I would love to have a quarter of your knowledge. Please keep your posts coming.

  4. I’m really looking forward to reading the contributions, I loved the Overcoming Anxiety for Dummies book and have recently started to read more about OCD so Dr. Smith’s perspectives will be something I’ll be on the lookout for. I have a background in anxiety treatment, and there’s a lot about OCD that is similar obviously, but it’s always refreshing to be pointed out the differences as well. I’d especially like to read some thoughts about anxiety and OCD in children. Thanks so much for taking time to post and educate!

  5. As I have a general interest in health issues and in particular anxiety and panic disorders I will be certainly adding Anxiety & OCD Exposed to my current list.

  6. I’m looking forward to reading more of your posts. Welcome to PsychCentral. From some of the people i’ve known in my life, it seems that anxiety and ocd go hand in hand, so I hope to read more about it. Perhaps even do a post on my blog.
