  2. Hi there . Very good article . I am dealing with this sort of a problems my self . I am bit sensitive and take some of my colleges comment about my work to personal . It was few years ago . Now i am avoiding very personal subjects in the conversations and this changed the situation . I have less critics been said to me . Still you’ll have it time after time but not so much . Take care of your mental health ! be positive and careful !
