Any program that’s gruelling is never going to last. At some point, our bodies just say “enough,” and quit.
When that’s happened to me, it’s always been about 5 minutes AFTER I downed a bag of cookies.
The point of a weight-loss program is to enjoy life more, otherwise, why bother? So let’s enjoy it on the way, too.
