Hi Dr. Grohol and Dr. Edelstein,
I found this article very interesting and informative.
I use REBT in my work a lot; I find that it is very effective.
Some of my younger colleagues are forever trying to find a new intervention, my attitude is. Why re- invent the wheel?
Thank you for your interview.

Hi,
Something tells me that emotions(C) creates (B)thoughts unlike stated in the book. I could be wrong, as i am no expert nor do i have any examples or illustrations to back the same.

Hi,
It may be interesting that ironically, even tho you are critical of the 12 steps programs, your method is almost identical to how I did step 4 when I was in the program. And it did, like your system build into me a habit of taking responsibilty for my own behaviour and feelings, and cut out irrational anger. However, that wasnt the end of my journey, I needes a lot more……… but thats a continueing story……..But it always helps to be reminded.
