In her new book, The Solution: Conquer Your Fear, Control Your Future, bestselling author and motivational speaker Lucinda Bassett lists 13 types of worriers. I found the categories rather interesting because — I’m not sure whether or not you’ve picked up on this — but I’m a huge worrier.
And this list actually made me feel better because, while I checked off the majority of them, I realized I still have plenty of things to worry about that I hadn’t even thought of! Score!

I’m pretty sure that makes me an obsessive neurotic hypochondriac. That’s a major bummer. AND one more thing for me to worry about
Don’t feel bad! This article makes me a neurotic victim. If you had the inlaws I had, you’d be neurotic too!
Yikes! I think I’ve been “all of the thee above” at some point in my life. No wonder I have spent so much time being exhausted, defeated and critical of myself. On a happier note, I am not ashamed any more to accept these anxious feelings and I am now able to manage it so it doesn’t paralyze me. This looks like a great read!
okay so I’m like 5 of those :L
Wow. Avoidant to a T! Nothing else even applies to me remotely lol.
1, 8, 10, 12, 13 WOO
I’m not any of those. I’m such a loser.
Be wary of products from Lucinda Bassett. Her company seems to prey on people with emotional problems:
